Advantages and Application Effects
- - How to feed a set amount at set time points
- - When a manager enters feeding start time and preferred feeding amount to the user interface, the Feed Bin Manager performs feeding in the selected conditions: it runs its feeding motor at designated time points and stops the motor operation when the feeding amount reaches the setup value.
- - This requires digital scales (load cell) that support a precision range of +/-10 kg per 10 tons, Summing Box that sums up the scales’ signals, wired and/or wireless communications technology and automatic control technology.
- - The digital scales (load cell) installed at the bottom of feed bins weigh feed bins and send the data to the management system. Either gravity-based digital scale or tension-based one can be selected, depending on the installation environment.
